How do you measure a mixte frame?

Someone help me to figure out the method of measuring a mixte frame. A few have passed through my hands, and it seems that that the head tube is fairly consistent in height. The seat tubes vary in length, but I don't see a consistent relationship in the geometry (speaking only of mid-range production models).

Seat tube measurement is the same as with other bikes, and top tube is measured horizontally from head tube to where the seat tube would have been, had it been any longer. Center to center. At least that is what I do and what I see others do. FWIW.
