I just picked up this Fuji,.... literally. I found it at a garage sale with one snapped deraileur cable, one frozen cable, two flat tires, a rim way out of tru and chain with enough wax lubricant to build a candle. All fixable in one day for $5. After adding the cost of the bike to the parts, I probably spent more on gasoline driving the jeep to pick it up than I spent on the bike. I wish I knew what model it is, the original owner removed the model designation. I have no idea why.

The second pic is pretty huge, but you can scale it down w/ imageshack and post it directly here...if you want. You can either surround the URL with [ IMG ]URL OF YOUR PICTURE[ /IMG ] <---take out spaces, or you can use the 'insert image' button that looks like a mountain. Press the button, and paste the url in the pop-up window...this automatically puts the [IMG] tags around your URL.

my new hotness
Just picked up my Gunnar Roadie yesterday. Built for me by Roy Cervantes of Grace Bicycles in Holliston, MA. Naturally, it's snowing today so I can't ride it. But I open this .jpg now and then and dream of the dry days to come.
I think I'm in lurv.
David
ps - the wheel stickers have got to go! (any removal tips? hair dryer? goo gone?)

250 miles on it so far. It just keeps getting better and better. Can't wait until I have it dialed in!
How's the Cannondale? Let's see a picture when it's done.

I remember it sold for over $150 plus shipping.

This is my new Paris frame with my old components.
Note the hydroformed tubing.
I rode it today for the first time and it didn't actually feel that much different from my Prince.

The downtube shifters are a good sign on that Fuji. I'd have given a lot more than 5 bucks.
I can't tell from the picture whether the Fuji is welded or lugged. Also, what derailleurs, components does it have.
