Looks nice but maybe it's for gravel daytrips and not gravel touring? All I see are one set of bottle bosses on the downtube. No packmounts or rack bosses on the fork, no bottle bosses on the seat or top tubes. You can certainly adapt as necessary, but they're not there to start.
