ib.adnxs and exelator.com
Ok for the past week or so I've been getting weird js popups in chrome and just in chrome. I haven't downloaded anything the only thing that's change was a chrome update on the 5th. The ads seem to be coming from adnxs.com and exelator.com and there are always three boxes one at the top and two on the sides. I've disabled all the extensions I've got no plugins and yet the only way I've found to stop these things is disable JS. Any ideas?

Something else has been compromised. I haven't seen these before, but here are some samples:
Remove ib.Adnxs.com pop-up virus (Removal Guide)
what is load.js from loadm.exelator.com - Microsoft Community

Yeah I've tried those no luck. Also I've searched through the registry and looked for any suspicious processes, no luck. The fact it's isolated to Chrome makes me think extension or plugin but I can't find it and this isn't my first time at the rodeo.

Just poking through the chrome advanced settings, I see options for "use a web service to help resolve navigation errors" and "use a web service to help resolve spelling errors." You might disable those? seems like something that could grab a query and have its way with it. Otherwise, I'd uninstall chrome and reinstall.
