Photography related: I did a reverse search on one of my images today and found a shop using the image as the banner across the top of their page. I'm undecided on how how or if I'll respond. I have no delusions of a significant payout; at best, I think, they'll take the photo down as soon as contacted. I kinda feel like ****ing with them, though, just for ****s and giggles and as minor payback for stealing.

You could always ask for a lifetime supply of coffee as compensation.

I would have no idea how to do a reverse search on any of my images. Not even sure how to prevent stealing from my Photobucket account.

If I asked for free coffee every time I ran out of beans, they'd do the math after about two weeks and just pay me out, instead.

I'm not sure about other browsers, but on Chrome, you simply right-click the image and select "search Google for this image" from the menu. I'm fairly certain that there similar functionality in IE10/11. It's sometimes interesting to see where your images end up. My coffee pics seem to travel well, though this is the first time that I've seen one on a commercial site. A couple of my audio pics have ended up in commercial sites, too (primarily overseas). I've done a little bit of paid work over the years, but never enough for me to really feel like I'm seeing damages enough to follow-up on misuse of my images, though.

I was just looking at some old prints thinking how much I miss the look of the Portra line.

The Portra 400 I used for the photograph above, was expired and the colors came out very strange , so I did a b/w conversion …

Thanks Macfred. Its a very recent edit of a shot I took back in August during my PNW shot. Been trying to get through my backlog of editing before leaving for the Texas Hill Country in a few weeks. Had one evening at Canon Beach during the trip and had an extremely foggy sunset (ie: no sunset) but came home with some really unique shots.

Thanks clemsongirl, been too long I know. Long list of reasons, none all that important or interesting.

One more for now to keep things on topic. This is out front a new brewery in McKinney Tx. Didn't know that when I took the photo. Was out in a drive in the new truck (second photo) and came across a vintage car with a bike on the roof. How could I not stop?

The new wheels, taken with the new 14mm Rokinon
