Not much hate expected, just wanted to cover myself since I wasn't sharing pics of the bike yet and only mentioning the purchase of a brake. Sort of a ****post.

I'm running that bar on my road bike and like it a lot. The stem happened to be available in the length I need for super cheap -- it was pretty fortuitous.
edit- Stem arrived in the mail today. Really handsome little piece of machining.

Scooped a White Industries headset for my Thrive cross bike. Getting closer...
Also scored this sweet new coffee table off of craigslist.

I just got one of these because I imagine myself maybe going for some Sub 24 trips coming up and I also want it for commuting on my new TI road bike so I don't have to wear a dang backpack and sweat my back off:

I rode it tonight briefly and if I had the bike I wanted to ride ready I would have not been here but camping somewhere but sadly that was a no go and tomorrow doesn't work. I was surprised I didn't notice more sway but we shall see on longer term testing.

I'd be very interested to hear about your experience - riding with the pack, packing it, camping, etc. - anything at all.
I'm currently researching bickpacking gear and slowly purchasing small items. At a certain point I will have to commit to a few major purchases like seat and bar packs and don't really want to experiment with a bunch of expensive gear so I do hope you write about your experience.
