Time does fly doesn't it ?
Checking in after what has been too long an absence methinks... inspired by a wonderful visit we had this weekend by Buglady... who we met here over 12 years ago but have never met in real life despite just living up the road from each other for many many years.
Cycling and sewing is what pulls us together...
I hope everyone is well...

Glad to see you back 65'er. I have an old sewing machine I want your thoughts on as soon as I can dig it out of storage. I'll bet you would know how rare and/or valuable it is.

I am happily unwell and still living next to the freeway. And so good to see you here again!

Hey, good to see you again, especially with a fine vintage bike like that. I hope someone told you to not trust those Krausers to stay shut, and how bad it is for your helmet to rest on the mirror like that.

You gonna eat that?
I haven't been around much because I haven't been riding much. I typically average 4000 miles a year on the bike but last year didn't even get 2000. We sold our old house and bought a new one and, well, cycling time has been squeezed. The new house, by the way, is a block off the freeway access road. We are now "inside the loop" which puts me closer into town which should make it easier to get to my riding groups.
I got in 15 miles tonight....a pic from the ride:
