Crying is also a very real thing. Wow, you're sheltered.

why ruin a perfectly good shirt? just run w/o a shirt on. and since your date knows more about running, just tell her you don't run much, but you're willing to learn from an expert. if she's willing to ride w/ you, you're not gonna drop her and give her "the look" are you? you'll match your pace to hers to keep it enjoyable for both of you.

Be careful if you cut holes in your shirt for your nipples...I've seen "nipple burn" so bad it caused bleeding (that poor S.O.B.)...so my advice is: bandaids!

You're right. Also, considering that these kids are under 18, I'm probably a sexual predator now, too. Anyway, edited.

Good? Compared to what?
If you can do that for 7-10 miles, I'd say you run better then the average biker.

Compared to everyone who runs.

I can do it for about 5 miles.

I hope.

Just relax, and don't be afraid to fall 10-15 feet behind her on your run. It might provide more motivation.

I'll get my ass handed to me on the flats.

But I'll drop her on the climbs, for sure.

Shut up, TG. n00b.
