Was reading through a lawsuit, alleges gender discrimination at Specialized

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Yeah...the point of the lawyer is to try to make up a story that may or may not relate to whatever actually occurred....these all kind of sounds the same after a while, I think they generate them based on a template based off previous cases.

"My client had an idea but wasn't listened to..."
"My client had someone else take credit for her work..."
"Some (important in charge person) was supposed to protect my client but she was left to protect herself"

It doesn't really tell you much about what's going on, because basically the same template is used for all cases from the absolutely absurd to the legitimate.

It does sound like less torture more fun than being on the wind trainer.

Sadly, the allegations sound highly plausible. Arseholes, arseholes everywhere.
