Alejandro Jodorowsky clip!

Watch the clip, and consider this master of film surrealism. For 30 years, his major movies have been unavailable to the public and the only means of experiencing them was through crappy dvdrs of old videotapes sold online.
Now his films are HD restored with footage and commentary by the master himself.
Allen Klein has been in a decades-long feud with Jodo and refused to release his works to the anger of many film enthusiasts.
The feud is now settled. Klein has been forgiven, but not forgotten.
Excitement is brewing.

Watch the video clip.
Great montage piece, though I'm pissed off they gave away the ending to the Holy Mountain. Great variety of footage. And of course, crazy Jodorowsky still being crazy.
Any comments on the clip?

Hey, I just got a camera... Look what I can do with it!

Not art, not entertainment, just a sad waste of acetate.

You might not like my opinion, but you asked for it

Yeah, the opinion of someone who refuses to wear a safety belt for the sole reason that the law says you have to.

Everyone has a different taste in films, any art for that reason, but you can't neglect his artwork. Especially if one hasn't seen it yet.
He isn't some schmoe with a camera like you said. Hardly.
Hmmm, million dollar projects, worldwide prestige, film circle renown and success in the underground since the 70s. Film festival premieres and awards, incited a riot, leader of the surrealism movement on film.
One of the most controversial directors of our time with a dedicated, strong global fanbase despite more than a decade since his last film. Ranks with Luis Bunuel and Federico Fellini as the greatest surrealist filmmakers. Yeah, what a hack.

I bet Salvador Dali is not art, not entertainment too.

WTF does my decision to wear a seat belt have to do with my level of art appreciation? How lame are you?

You pompous art wh0res disgust me. Why can't a film be watched, song be listened to or a painting viewed without half the freakin' world offering their imbicilic interpertations as the other half points at them and laughs?

Pay up sucker!
