This. It seems like "threadless cup three piece bottom bracket". What bottom bracket is this? I'm thinking putting this on my bike which have a one piece crank. The seller says to use a cottered pin crankarm.

Not an exact one piece crank to three piece but it's close.

If you have a one piece "Ashtabula" crank on your bike https://www.sheldonbrown.com/opc.html, it might be better for you to adapt it to a threaded bottom bracket type crank, using an adapter like this: https://www.harriscyclery.net/produc...apter-1335.htm Then you can use a square taper or other modern bottom bracket/crankset.
Unless you have a cottered crankset (and the cotters to go with it) the linked bottom bracket will do you little good
