Healthy Pancakes

Just tried out this recipe from a local health/ fitness trainer and thought I would share. It tasted pretty darn good and filling too!

!/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup lowfat milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamin
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, heat 8” skillet on medium (spray with Pam first), pour all of the mix into skillet and cook 4 minutes on each side and serve. Top with your favorite fresh fruit and syrup! Makes 1 healthy and delicious pankake!

Thanks, I have been looking for something special to add to my pre-ride feedings, this looks like the ticket with some Vermont maple syrup (it's sugaring season!!)
