Its a part out or a wall hanger with the wizardry that's been done to those rear dropouts regrettably -- if those are Chorus or Athena level Campy bits -- they might be worth $300 - I cant tell if its all Campy oir not though from the picture size

What is wrong with the dropouts? I've seen several Compact frames with the exact same rear dropout design. I've never owned one, but I believe the dropout allowed the rider to adjust the chainstay length.

I just did a google search and looked at pics of other Gios frames -- I'll be darned if you aren't right !
ITs an unusual dropout design and when I first saw it I thought it had to be somebody's homegrown repair for some damaged dropouts - I stand corrected
OP, an SLX frame is very nice but yours needs some corrosion mitigation --- pre-Covid and without parting it out , id say $350 as a rider or project bike -- now pricing is generally higher but not so much for C&V stuff

Gios Compact 58cm - $575 (Gerber)
...these are very nice, go fast bike frames. I have one set up to go fast, and I like it a lot.
But this one looks like it's rode hard and put away wet, so in current condition it's probly not worth the bst part of $600
In excellent condition, with teh paint issues and rust addressed, and the wheels in good shape, yeah, it's probly a $6-800 bicycle.
The adjustable dropouts will just barely let you mount 700x25 tyres.
Yours are probably frozen in place, but with some good penetrating oil, heat, and patience they can be made to work again.
unless you are a potential buyer. Then, don't underestimate the amount of extra work something with this much obvious rust can add to a project.
