What are these spare parts for?

This bag of small parts came with a Specialized bike I purchased this past winter. What are they for? Especially the spoon-shaped tool. ??

They seem to be related to the brake caliper but I don't really know.

The yellow plastic part is a hydraulic brake bleed block. The black threaded
parts are rack mount eyelets that can be installed on your frame. The spoon
shaped part, I can't see well enough in this photo to say. The new bike owners
packet should have some description.

The caviar fork lookin' thing is for when you need to adjust the headset. With the previous model of Future Shock, some mechanics complained of the bottom adjustment bolt rotating while locking the 2mm in place. The new 1.5 and 2.0 future shocks have a cutout to hold the bottom bolt with the "caviar fork". You shouldn't need to mess with it. For the sake of your headset bearings, don't mess with it.

Thank you for the info. This is my second Diverge with the Future Shock and the first didn't come with that. What you've shared makes sense.
