Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Anyone know anything about this single speed bike?

Im looking to buy the 2010 Vilano Single Speed/Fixed Gear Bike. At $240 it seems like a great deal, and the reviews on the site are all good. Im wondering if anyone can share their opinions or experience with the bike. Worth it or not? The link is below.

There are better bikes than one of those Vilano's, the majority of the forum would also say no to this bike.

You could check this site out if you haven't before?
