Peugeot PY10 help

Hi, new here,
So I`ve just bought a vintage Peugeot PY10 and need help locating the Front Mech mounting bolt that screws directly into the seat tube.

Thanks in advance,
M

lime plasterer-

You want the Simplex SL A222 front derailleur. Still available on EBay. Don't worry if the badge says Peugeot, Edco, Gipiemme or whatever, replacement decals are available from Cyclomondo and they just peel off and stick down. They are an excellent derailleur giving nice clean shifts on a double chainset like your PY 10. The mounting is a regular water bottle size M5 braze-on and the shaped casting and the single attachment bolt on my PF 40 never gave any problem. https://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-EDC...oAAOSwoGVdzB4V

My 1984 PSV came with the same FD. Funny thing is, Simplex never made an SLJ version of this FD, so it is mostly stamped steel construction, except for just the mounting body. Wish it at least had aluminum parallelogram arms.

No problem. The braze-on on the frame for that Simplex front derailleur is a standard water bottle M5 metric threading bolt. Just get a matching washer out of your junk parts box and you are ready to install. If you don't have anything, PM me and I will mail you an M5 bolt and washer to fit.

Just noticed OP has only 2 posts at the time of my reply here, and I'm pretty sure you need to hit 10 before you can PM.
