Shimano Altus long cage derailleur
Just did a quick overhaul (fully disassembled except for cage removal, since cage stop is not designed to be removable) of this one and don’t need it. It’s in very nice shape and has a ton of life left. All threaded parts cleaned and oiled, all gunk removed, strong spring, and pulleys in great shape.

Good question! From what I gather on the web, it looks like a 7sp group from the early 90’s.
