Hinge quick release broke.

Hey guys, so the hinge on my citizen bike Tokyo broke off and I can't seem to find a replacement piece online. any links or recommendations to fix the problem? It was a free gift from a friend and this is the only thing currently wrong with the bike I'd hate to throw it away, any help is welcomed.
