straighten isc rotor?

i busted my butt the other day ,and through an unfortunate event bend the disc rotor on a curb. i did get it straight with a rubber hammer but it took me forever,2 hours or so.are there any tricks on how to do it properly ?

I use a couple of adjustable wrenches to grab the rotor and apply force to the bent area. Usually takes a couple of minutes, tops.
