Unless this bike has sentimental value, I would not repaint nor apply new decals. No one is going to have that exact down tube decal, unless you have it specially made. Take it down to the bare frame, address the major rust if you wish, polish all the components, mount a new/used wheelset, and reassemble. It will look great with all the patina and polished bits and save you hundreds of dollars you can then spend on a 531C Falcon.

...as already stated, i don't think you'll find anyone selling those exact decals. But you can get something that looks about right from Cyclomondo on e-bay or direct order from his site.

Falcon decals
H Lloyd Cycles are the best I have encountered. Their only business is vintage cycles decals.
