Value of '86 Bianchi Trofeo
Hi All,
Thanks to the help of some forum vets I've come to the realization that my mid 80's Bianchi is most likely an '86 Trofeo with a Shimano 600 replacement group. Miele rims are also most likely replacement.
With that taken into consideration what would you value my Bianchi at?
I live in Denver which is a pretty hot bike market especially for vintage stuff.
Thanks for all replies!

It's not a Limited. The combination of an early 1986 serial number, Formula One tubing and Campagnolo headset points towards a 1986 Bianchi Trofeo frameset. A 1986 Limited would have a Formula Two tubeset and a full New 600EX group with SIS compatible derailleurs and shifter, not friction units as seen on this bicycle. The presence of the Miele branded rims suggests that a 1985 Miele Beta was used as donor bicycle for the majority of the components.

The value is likely to drop a little after the top tube paint is scuffed up by the clamp on the bike stand. I'd take that thing off immediately and clamp the bike by the seatpost.
I'd assume you could get $400 if you're patient, a little less if you're in a rush to sell.
