It would be good to include the measurements, Seat tube, from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the tube, also the tpo tube measured from thesenter of the seat tube to the center of the head tube.

Hmmm... what would I pay? Probably just north of a grand, if I really wanted it.
If you were to build it yourself, getting a frame/fork/seatpost, full groupset, wheels, tyres, + all the litle bits and pieces (cables, pedals, saddle, bars, etc etc) you'd probably be paying about that, or even a bit more.
If the seller hasn't got a number on it, I don't think you'd be insulting them to offer 700-900 depending on your local market, and then go up from there. Maybe they want rid of it.
At 60cm, I don't think there will be a ton of buyers lining up for it.
Got any pics?

“Nothing. Not even the fee for the gaming license, which I would appreciate if you would put up personally.”
Sorry, couldn’t resist. Seven hundred would be a pretty good score for that bike.

Litespeeds of that era had rear triangle alignment issues. Before purchase, highly recommended to insert a rear wheel and make sure everything's OK.

Thanks for the responses... the buyer wants $725 which is quite reasonable. But I actually only want the ultegra STI shifters and was thinking I could sell the frame and other parts on ebay to recoup the investment. At end of day I think that is too much work and risk to be worth the effort.

I like your decision. I'm not a fan of parting out what looks like a really nice package. I know, it's done all the time. But that bike could be a sweet ride for someone who is cash strapped. Leaving it for that potential buyer - good karma.
