Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Favorite Cycling Sock! Are These Still Available?

My favorite socks are nearing their final days. Are these still available? I'd like to get another pair, maybe 2 pair. One as backup just incase!

These haven't been too happy these days!

I'm not answering your question because your legs are too hairy.

Those are DeFeet socks, aren't they? I remember that we used to have a ton of them at the other shop. Searching the DeFeet site though doesn't turn up any RubbaDukky socks. DeFeet replaces their designs frequently. Too frequently, in my opinion. I've had several favourites that disappeared.

I knew the shaving comments would come soon as I saw the OP photo. I'm with Platy, you're probably going to have to find a new favorite pair of socks. Also I've found hair removal creams much more pleasant than shaving. I suggest... Clyde tested, roadie approved.

I have the same pair and still going strong after 5 years. Wish I could another pair of "ducks". I do have several other pairs of the same style of sock from defeet, I think this one is the air-eator. Bought my most recent pair about 6 months ago, fish food design. The fit is still the same, just go with a new design, they have several.

We have a duck thing going on too. Where did you get them. I'll take 3 pair. Might be almost equal in importance to my 'beer stein ' socks.

Beans, check out Nashbar. They have like 200 different pairs for sale. You'll find one you like as much.

This just got me thinking. My favorite sock is not available anymore either. I'm glad I bought 2 pair when I saw them at a shop, but had I thought about them not offering them only 3 years later I would have bought 4! They just make sense for me since I'm a musician.

btw none of my male riding friends notice them. All of the females take note.
