Wow, not kidding about "skinnyguy"...
I think your bike looks too small, personally. You are all scrunched up in it. Do you have a picture with the crank in the down position?

Top tube looks a bit short for you. How long have you had dysentery?

you look like leaning over more in the hoods than in the drops, from what i understand it should be the opposite.

You don't look comfortable but that is conjecture on my part. However you certainly are not AERO and that is not open to debate.
Since you already OWN the frame (which I think as others have mentioned is too small especially the length of the TT) I would:
1 Move the seat back on the rails (you have some play to work with there)
Then just bend at your navel forward and see where your hands/elbows would "prefer" to rest. My hunch it would be about 1.5" further ahead where the handlebar/hoods are now.
Thus
2 Experiment with a longer stem. (I think a LOT longer)
Also- Seems like you are maxed out on the length of that seat post and that it's a little short. Moving back the seat aft will "raise" it a smidge.
BTW normally I would suggest riding your new ride for a few hundred miles, and make very small moderate changes, but your fit looks so off that I think you could be a little more aggressive in your changes.

Longer stem, and rotate your shifters forward for starters (I also agree it looks small). Also, try removing all of your spacers. You've got the reach, might as well make it work for you.
I have a skinny upper body too. Focus on getting your legs the size of tree trunks and you'll terrorize the competition regardless of what they say.
Very thin + HUGE legs = Fight Club style beating on 90% of the riders you'll encounter.

I'm no fit expert, but your spine looks way too scrunched.
+1 on the short-for-you top tube.
Try a longer stem, but it may be that bike is just plain too small for you.

While you do look like you need to stretch out further I think you should be able to get enough stretch with a long stem. You look like you have VERY long arms so I would be setting the stem down as low as it goes to stretch you out a little. When it comes to stretching you out you can reach further forward or down or both.
I would like to see your leg in the straight down position because I suspect that your saddle is a fraction low and raising the saddle will stretch you out a fraction. While you would fit on a larger frame I don't think this frame is actually way too small for you. I would be tweaking it some first.
EDIT: I'm struggling to see what you KOPS (knee over pedal spindle) position is. In some pics you look forward of it and in others you look good. Your close to it anyway but its a good idea to sort out your leg position first and then your handlebars. I suspect that you may need to move your saddle up and back a fraction and this will stretch you out a little more.

i will be back tommorrow with more pics with a 130mm stem on it instead of the 110mm. everybody seems to be in sync with the "bike to small/stem to short". if the 130 stem looks better we will try deleting some spacers after.

Wow, thought I was skinny at 6'0" and 140lbs. FWIW, I ride 56cm also, with a 110 stem.
Your saddle looks too high to me, but a pic with crank in down position would help clarify that. Not sure why you look so scrunched up though.

a better picture perhaps? something's wrong here...
56cm can only be up to 2 cm smallre from your ideal size...it looks like you're riding 53-54cm bike
stem is good if 110-130mm
i'm at 6', riding 58 size with 100mm stem, quite common combo..

Also, perhaps a setback seatpost might help, IF it doesn't throw your positioning out of whack.
Also, drag your wife away from the camera and get her to make you a couple of meals a day for a month It pains fatties like me (6 one 1/2, 180-ish lbs) to see someone as hungry as yourself ... mainly because you'll outclimb me for sure.

With your small upper body mass, you really need a longer stem. Don't be afraid of long ones. I'm 6' 1.5" and ride a 56 with a 140mm stem. I'm the opposite of you.... short legs and all torso. You have good flexibility, I'd lower the bars a bit... but not too much more. You're saddle to bar drop isn't bad.
Get a 130 or 140mm stem on that bike. I personally like Deda Newton for a 140mm length. The 3T would also be a good bet. It will fit quite nicely I believe. Then, focus on your position. You need to not be so hunched.... work on rotating your hips forward. That closed hip angle will kill your power and comfort. That will let your back straighten out.

anyway about your fit read my own fit thread here for some good advice.

your back is rounded, no bend in your arms, etc. like others said bike is to small, why do you have your hoods positioned like that? put them level or close to level with the bars. some pictures have the elbows bent, others don't...which way do you ride?
