What charger for 48 battery

I have a 48 volt Samsung battery pack I need a new charger I saw a 48-volt charger on Craig's list but thought it would have to be 52 volts to charge a 48-volt battery
not bothered about output terminal I can change that, I think the price is a bit high for a used charger
would this be suitable

The battery should have a figure for max voltage, a 48v ebike battery will typically be 54.4v.

I wouldn't buy a used one, and i certainly wouldn't buy one without knowing it's exact cut-out voltage. Also, different chargers are made for different types of battery; a charger for lead-acid batteries can be unsuitable for polymer cell batteries.

Chargers aren't expensive (i got a pair of 3A 54.4v Li-Po chargers for less than £40, bearing in mind i have two 48v batteries) and it's not something you wanna cheap-out on.
