OP, I live in Los Angeles and see many IM on Craigslist that languish for weeks at 300, in fact, some are listed in the 200 and below range.
I would say 300 max unless your bike is minty fresh (original) with no rust or paint issues.

I had a beautiful red and white one that took four months to get $180. Needed nothing. And it was a DC buyer.
Either Ebay, or Facebook Marketplace. Or maybe on here (Good luck with that) I am beginning to think CL is not the place anymore for certain things.
As I have said unless you get some Centurion Enthusiast who the hell is going to pay, or even know what a Centurion bike is?
One thing the OP has going for him is desirable color, and a smaller frame. If he gets $300 he will be fortunate.
And these are really nice vintage bikes with nice components save the wolber rims. Not a fan of those rims.
I wanted to add I take lots of pics, well detailed. Still.........

That crankset doesn't match well with the Shimano New 105 components and, IMO, destroys the aesthetics of the bicycle. With that and the other changes, $200.

I'll go 1/2 way between T-Mar & oddjob2. Don't take less than $300.

Thinking @oddjob2 might be sipping the Ironman Kool-Aid on this one. There is certainly an endless supply of it on BF. I can say this because I'm a member of the Ironman owners club.

My experience is a nice Ironman that needs new consumables is good for $200. Yours looks ready to ride so at least $250 for a person wanting a nice, vintage road bike. $300 for a person who appreciates an Ironman and the seemingly fine condition yours is in. It's worth even more to the right buyer if you can find him/her.

No kool aid, just personal experience selling 2 of them, other than the one in my signature line.

Between 250 and 350 here and leaning towards the higher number. That size and in that condition helps, but Good pics help more.

$700? Wow! I guess legal weed has really made a big impact on some California residents. (They're dreaming).

No need to bash OP about the price.

With good reason he wasnt getting offers so im sure he was looking for input on a selling price.

ive seen this bike,in person recently and it's in tip top shape with the the paint being immaculate.

Id say 350-400 if you wait...quicker sell at 300.

Maybe he did take the opinions here seriously. Think about it... he lists the bike at $700, buyer shows up liking the bike but no way I'm paying that much; maybe half that. Buyer leaves happy with his score, seller gets FMV +/-, and everybody wins.

I’m stepping in for a quick comment to say that is a very nice looking bike. I’m thinking about snagging an Expert frameset of that same size to switch my 105 group onto. Priceline? If that showed up on our area CL for 300-325 it wouldnt be there for long.

I appreciate everyone's input. I now realize that I'll never get the cash back that I invested in This bike. Practically new everything. But now, thanks to you all, I have a reasonable price range to consider if I do put it on the market. I've never sold a bike in a fourm like this. That's probably why I have some may bikes stocked up in the garage and elsewhere.

You know the OP is probably right. There's a lot of new stuff on that Centurion. The new wheels & tires probably cost $400 alone. Maybe more. It's got aero brakes & everything. I just wish it had brifters, Then it would definitely be worth $700.

Where does it say new wheels?

The problem with this theory is that the potential buyer never shows up. When prices are sky high, they tend to get ignored, at least on my C/L. I watch some of the sky high priced bike get bumped to the top every few days. Some have been on C/L now for two years.....

A modern 105 bike would not bring $700 here. Heck, locally I see an Ultegra bike, 853 steel frame, for $450 and its going nowhere.

I have this bike in almost NOS condition in a 56cm, save the tires and tubes. The previous owner told me it was only ridden 5x. Maximum I would put it out there would be $350. Great bike though. Feel like these are flying under the radar right now.
