Vintage Norco bike

Hello I do not have pictures of my bike but I do have serial number it has handlebars that do not curl or go straight out it is reddish burgundy the serial number is SF31182949 I got it given to me and I am just wondering how much it is worth it has to saddlebags and all the tools to go with it plus the back has rhe flat Part to store things and bungee cord anything down

Serial number is essentially meaningless. At best, it tells the year, nothing about the model.

welcome to the forum. Thanks for posting information about your bicycle.

From the serial number your bicycle frame was manufactured in 1983.

1983 Norco models with your format of serial number were: Avanti, Nomad, and Tourister.

Based on your description of the colour and the handle bars (if original), I would guess that you have a Tourister model.
