I don't know the model but it's a Columbia 10 speed. The crankset appears to be the bottom of the line, steel, one piece model with a Shimano Front Freewheel System (FFS), which would place it no earlier than 1977. The rear derailleur appears to be a Shimano Positron II. Shimano's Front Freewheel System and Positron were much maligned but they did do what they were supposed to, even if they were more complex. I also see stamped dropouts, nutted hubs, steel rims, stem shifters and brake safety levers. Basically, it's a very late 1970s,very heavy, department store bicycle. Condition is only fair. The is is the kind of bicycle you find at garage sales with a $20 price tag. Often, owners will give them away, just to get them out of the garage. Interesting stuff if you're an experienced mechanic, can get it for a pitance (or less) and want to familiarize yourself with FFS and Positron. Otherwise, pass. Picture assist...

Garage sale bike

I agree. Garage sale bike. Don't spend a lot but $20 bucks will get you around.
