Help identifying frame part 2

Now that I can post photos of the bike,

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to identify the make of a bike frame? It looks like the labels were pulled off and replaced with other brand stickers ,so I have not been able to figure it out. I have the serial number, but it has not helped thus far. Thanks in advance.
