Tell em what you think of those. I'm crossed between them and a pair of Fizik's. Also, do those have replaceable toe and heel tabs?
Also, I got one of these to store my tools and goods in one of my pockets.

Got myself a new 105 front derailleur... although it was because of a FUBAR that I had to buy it in the first place...

Not sure about the tabs, I haven't seen any mention of that. There is a review on weight weenies that I found was pretty comprehensive. There's lots of fuss about the laces, some people say they had to retie them a couple of times, others said they were fine and keep your foot more snug than velcro/buckles or a boa system. I'm usually a tie once and forget person when it comes with shoes, so I'm not too worried. They don't ship until the end of April, so it'll be awhile before I get them.

I'm not much of a fan of Fizik (well, I like the bar tape), but those shoes are awesome. If the arch wouldn't have been too high for me, I would have walked out of the store with them, having walked in not knowing about them and not considering anything in the $300-400 range.

The Giro do not have replaceable heel / toe pads, at least my new Prolight SLX don't. I would've got these Empires but (a) they are a little heavier than the Prolight (b) the black is too shiny patent leather for my taste. Fizik shoes? Not in my foreseeable future, there are not a lot of good reviews out there.

My components finally came in to build up my new Roubaix Expert SL4! Replaced all the stock Shimano Ultegra parts with SRAM Force + Red levers and FD.
Took it for its inaugural ride today...SO SMOOTH. Love everything about it. Comes out to 17.4 lbs.

Nice! There seems to be an explosion of H+ Archetypes on the board, lately. I have a pair myself, but haven't put them on yet, due to the weather.
