I'm assuming you're asking because the only bike you own is a tandem? Otherwise, I don't understand why you'd want to ride a tandem on a trainer.
My personal bias aside, there's nothing special about a tandem that wouldn't allow it to fit any normal trainer on the market... except rollers for obvious reasons.
