I think what they got there may be the first filmed bicycle stunt-fall. I think the augmented processing makes it obvious how good he was at it. He lands on both feet, the bike keeps going forward and he performs a perfect roll.
And in case you doubt me that it was a staged stunt, ask yourself why he turns around and rides back in the direction he came from instead of continuing on in the original direction?
