Here is my 1972 Raleigh Superbe and my 1971 Raleigh Twenty both which get used for tours. I actually can tour on any of my bikes, I just choose the one that strikes my fancy and works for the trip I am on. I don't have any loaded pictures for some reason. Most recent trip was a S24O down near Charleston, SC. I rode the Twenty about 35 miles to a campground spent the night and rode back the next day.

You can go to Rohloff.de, there is a builders list of framebuilders , there.
N.H. based Peter White imports and retails German Tout Terrain frames from Germany.
Eccentric BB for chain tension, is a common tandem frame component
to tension crossover timing chains..
CoMotion in Oregon builds Rohloff ready frames , as does UK Thorn bicycles
another solution is a sliding dropout on the back, the axle and disc mounts slide together
so stay in adjustment relative to each other
if you are retrofitting a frame with a disc mount reaction fork piece OEM 2 slides over the lower bolt
of an ISO disc mount, and a chaintensioner takes up slack .
I got this a Koga WTR '04 used, 3rd hand. low mileage https://www.cyclofiend.com/working/20...clark1008.html
added the Schmidt generator hub.
there is a signature program at Koga Now, a menu of component choices is built up in NL factory
then shipped to dealers, but there are few in the US,
But you could have a meeting abroad with one near the Airport
say Shiphol AMS, in Holland.
