Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It's not the most beautiful bike, but it rides great.
I think it's a great looking bike. Congrats. It's also a great bargain. I've got 3 sets of Neuvation wheels, 2 M28 and 1 R28, and could not be happier with themon various bikes. Neuvation rocks, in my opinion. Hope you enjoy riding it as much as I enjoyed seeing your ride.

Yes, that is nice. I've been looking for a fat tube Cannondale at a good price..I feel it would be a great addition to the collection for the Spring riding season..

It's a 1999. I had the same bike but sold it. Those pictures made me miss it a little bit.

As much as I love the sexy fast modern carbon bikes (I own one) there's something about a classic like that Giordana that appeals to me on a visceral level. That's a very hawt ride there.

I'm a little weird, maybe. Classic bikes do nothing for me. I have no ambition to own one. Maybe I'm too "new school." But in a few years I'll be old school, so it'll be ok.

Nothing too fancy. New stem and bars to come soon!

No clean white garage door, but you get a kick ass Pantera flag instead!

2008 REI Novara Squadra

2008 REI Novara Squadra

It's last year's model so rather than $2,000 I got it for $1,500.

I'm happy with it.

I absolutely love your bike's looks man, minus that massive black plastic disk on the back wheel!
Cut it off and you have one beautiful bike. Nice buy.

Thanks for the suggestion

The bike with water cages, pedals, and a padded wide seat for my padded wide seat comes in at 18 pounds.
