verktyg may be correct but the simplex units used 6mm bolt hole pulleys whereas the 5mm ones are from shimano. Perhaps these pulleys are unique in being compatible with simplex that I am not familiar with.

I reached out to the PO and he informed me that his father purchased the bike as is. The tires were original Micheline as I could barely make that out on the side wall.
So, it looks like this was a UX10. I really like the with of the tire compared to my 700C. I purchased the Panaracer Pasela tire 27 and 1/4.
