I have them already. I did't see they were labeled 5mm.

I reached out to the PO and he informed me that his father purchased the bike as is. The tires were original Micheline as I could barely make that out on the side wall.
So, it looks like this was a UX10. I really like the with of the tire compared to my 700C. I purchased the Panaracer Pasela tire 27 and 1/4.

I think I have my L'Eroica bike
