Terminal but not "serious" as it's obviously a POS/BSO. No loss.

Sorry it will not do many more. Wheelies are hard on a frame and drivetrain and front brakes if you do rear wheelies also. Good news I guess is used BMX bikes are cheap, cheaper than MTBs.

I would get a good dental PPO policy with a cracked headtube.

While it looks like a crack, if I couldn't see it any better in person than in the pic, then I'd have to clean off the paint to make sure it isn't just a large area of paint about to flake off. Or a thick coating of paint that just cracked but the lug beneath is okay.
The little rust spot looks suspicious though. Is this some sort of one piece headset with lugs similar to the old Chicago Schwinn's with the eltroforged head tube? Maybe some poor welding and cleaning when it was made, but I guess if the bike is as old as it looks, the welds held up long enough. Let it go to the scrap yard to become something new.

Just sand the paint off and take another pic.
How in the world can anyone tell.

^^^Maybe mount a 12V truck battery to the back. Power the drill and a small welder, just in case.

Gorilla Tape will easily fix that and you can even get it red to match your frame color.

It is made in Taiwan frame. probably 20 years old.
i am surprised there is a crack. it is buikt like a tank. Very heavy bike. Like a Dutch bike.
i thought this bike would last indefinitely. Not too long ago, I replaced a wheel and tires, and handlebar. This was my only bike during covid.
