Bikes Not Bombs 36th Annual Bike-A-Thon
Bikes Not Bombs a non-profit in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. We seek to use the bicycle as a vehicle for social change to achieve economic mobility for Black and other marginalized people in Boston and the Global South.
On September 10, 2023, we are hosting our annual Bike-A-Thon fundraiser with five amazing rides to choose from: 10 mile, 35 mile, 50 mile, 63 mile, and 105 mile road routes! Each route will be supported with rest stops, food, and route markings. For more information about the event and how to register, please visit the Bikes Not Bombs website. You can register as an individual or a team, if your members would like to ride together!
We are also hosting training rides during the summer that will lead up to the in-person event on September 10th. We will have a 35 mile ride on July 29 and a 50 mile ride on August 11. rides will be no-drop, with expected arrival at 7:30am at the Bikes Not Bombs hub in Jamaica Plain, MA.
Finally, we are looking for volunteers to help staff the event! To learn more about the volunteer opportunities, please see our website!
For any questions, please reach out to Maura Holt-Ling at maura@bikesnotbombs.org

Sounds like a great ride. Bikes Not Bombs is a great organization. I'll be there.
