I dunno, but a couple of these can turn any schraeder caps into presta caps.

I've only ever seen those cutesy valve stems for Schrader valves.

Acquire the following items: two dice, appropriate sized drill bit, epoxy, plain valve caps. Some assembly required?

Honestly, now that I've thought about it... My nerdier side might need d20 valve caps...

I was actually thinking that the better way is this:

Acquire dice
Drill slightly smaller hole
Take a super hot presta stem and thread it in - it should melt the plastic as it goes in.
Let it cool
Unthread.
