If it's a difference of 1mm in spoke length left/right on the rear, you probably don't have to worry about it at all. Most places that sell spokes don't even offer them in 1mm increments in my experience.

Alrighty... Got the front wheel laced up but based on the existing spoke divots I can't place the valve where I'd like.
Everywhere I read online stated the TB14 to be center drilled, which mine are not 😕... So it's not allowing me to place the spoke in the hole I want to... Ugh

yup.....
I remember when I laced the Archetype, I had the same issue because it is not center drilled.
But I got right after re-doing it.
