Tail bag and dry bags combined

There have been some other threads about using dry bags instead of panniers, and I just came across a reference to this new product from Arkel. Not sure I'd have a use for it, but I guess for credit card tours if you didn't already have panniers or just wanted to save some weight, though its still 2.5 lbs.

I have a somewhat similar Axiom bag with fold-out panniers (not dry bags though.) I've never used the panniers and I thought they were just pockets when I ordered the bag, thanks to a poor description on the website. As it turns out, the bag is also extra wide which makes it perfect for my Moulton Mk. III:
