It looks like a 58cm to me. Fender clearance: the gap between rear wheel and seat tube looks good. I can't see the gap between brake calipers and wheels. My guess is probably.

If that's really a 24"/60cm it's my EXACT size. The head tube looks smaller than a 60 to me but I like it. Hmmm 60 miles one way.

Yes, it was a middle-line bike with an ashtabula crank. It was an odd beast, but Schwinn did things Schwinn's way.

This it a 60's bike that needs to be reassembled. Rear wheel was relaced but not tightened. It has fenders, drum and and hand brakes.. I have to many projects.
