Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I like the room with the iron in it. Now I'm not one to say anything because I tried to permanently put in an iron and board in my bathroom and the Missus shot me down. But still, "iron and ironing board" and "man room" don't mix very well.

I think that basement room is pretty organized for all the stuff it has in it. It's my bike room that makes even me a bit twitchy.

btw what is that red swing/hammock thing hanging near the squat rack?

Wut??...I just cleaned up the place

I was gonna say it looks worse than it actually is.............But it don't lol

Jokes aside..The room is about 20-25 square meters, but due to the pictures angle it looks smaller
It really works great for workout! I'm there to swear and sweat...Not for a cup of tea

my workout room ain't so great but I had a lot of work to do to make it look clean LOL
I was like halfway through it in this picture
https://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...1221002130.jpg
now after the cleaning...
https://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...1222001846.jpg
and right after I did that huge cleanup, I dismantled my bike and started working on my new project.

it's like a huge part of the basement and my bedroom is connected to it, so my mancave is like HUGE LOL

That is a genius li'lll device called Redcord
A training station with different slings that can be attached. Saved my back for sure
Take a look at their site. It's a VERY good piece of training equipment,
but unlike most commercial grade stuff, it needs some instruction/reading.

I have two ceiling mounts in the room..Easy to take down/hang up

Now I don't feel so guilty for assuming that it was a "two-person" apparatus.

Not that there's anything wrong with that!

Looks nice. What are you going to do with the mirror, or is that where it is staying?

The mirror was just there. The room is not finished yet, I just could not handle it being messy and unorganized.
I or sure need some artwork or posters in there and maybe another bike or two to fill in the empty spots!
