Summer pressures?
What do you all run for something like hard pack dirt trails (think MUP, not single track)? Grabbed the fatty for my after work ride tonite, and realized the tires were still sitting at 4.5# from the snow. I'm guessing I want to be somewhere in the 10-12# range?

For hard pack and if speed is a factor, I will go up 15 psi, if I want to have more comfort and go slower 10-12 sounds about right. The trail is more technical, down to 8

I ended up running 10. Bit too soft, gotta try to bump it up closer to 15 next time I go out.

I run 4 inch Van Helga tires and about 12 on the MUP and 7 or 8 on singletrack. 4 or 5 psi will really feel slow on pavement.

Went out again with 13# last night. Felt much better. Unfortunately my accurate gauge only goes to 15#, but I may try to pump it up just a bit more.
