My company has a big Halloween costume contest each year. I've not participated until this year.
I am the only man on my team, and several of the women I work with are huge fans of The Bachelor. So, they decided we needed to do a group costume as The Bachelor. I'm just wearing a suit - which is a little out of place her, but not a huge deal - but they all pulled out their prom dresses or ridiculous bridesmaids dresses to wear today.
Also, one thought we should have name tags with fake careers. I suggested mine, as the bachelor, should be "Future Widower." One of my coworkers said, "How do you know you're going to outlive your wife. Women live longer than men." She missed my joke.
All that said, the weirdest part about all this is that I left my wedding band at home. (Wouldn't fit the costume.)

Treadmill stress test #2 . 195 hr this time, versus 184 two months ago. I ran on the treadmill a few times to try to get ready, since last time my lower back and calves were absolutely destroyed and I simply didn't want to do it anymore.
Could've gone a bit longer (always said in hindsight...), but the nurse said that was good enough. Now to wait to see if my heart is still doing weird tachycardic things during exercise, or if the catheter ablation I had a few weeks ago sorted it out. If it's still messed up, I need another ablation but if I can't get it done before my insurance resets my max out-of-pocket at the end of this year (since I've already hit it) I don't know how I'm going to financially swing it.

Utah legalized medical Marijuana. Never thought I'd see that one. Only 1 step away from a legal near-miss doping charge like @Ygduf.

TKP maybe out east but what I have smells great!
On a separate (more objective) note, it's probably time to invest in some targeted pot stocks. With the inevitable green wave of legalization, production is going to go up, up, up!

I had an econ teacher in highschool (2012/2013.. before rec MJ was a thing) tell us that someone should open a pot shop called "budding economy." This is my fall back retirment plan and I don't know a damn that about weed.
(And I agree, weed smells like ass. But that's why most people I know don't even smoke it anymore. They chew it in one form or another)

I found out he was sick the last time I rode with him, not even 2 months ago. We rode together on and off for 30 years.
