I have a 2018 Jari 1.3. They changed the model numbers this year so it’s equivalent to the 2019 Jari 1.1 though the 2019 has full hydro brakes and a different wheelset.
I like mine. Did a thread when I bought it last fall that has pics…

I just ordered a new 650b wheelset for it today.

2018 1.3, just went tubeless with 40mm Ramblers. Can't wait till spring. Did a few gravel races with the stock 35's last year and some local on-off road riding. So far so good, I like it.

I'm strongly considering one! There's a great deal on a 2018 1.7 in the area that @JayNYC was nice enough to key me into, and I'm hoping to test ride it this weekend. It might be a bit small for me, but I'm hoping that the tall standover height the Jari's have will make it fit a little better, and the stack and reach seem good for what I want.
I'd appreciate hearing Jari owner's opinions on the geometry of theirs. How does it feel to you, subjectively? Upright, racey, somewhere in between? Based on the numbers, it seems to be less aggressive, but everyone raves at how responsive it is, which is really appealing when looking at these do it all bikes.

Here's another thread about tire clearance. This person got 650 x 48s on an aluminum frame, but clearance in the back is pretty tight. Still, it's nice you can get mostly up there.

Anyway, give me about a week and a half and I'll have pics of 650x47s on my Jari 1.3 (aluminum frame).

I really wanted the 2019 Jari 1.3 (or a 2018 1.5) as my first gravel bike. But they were nowhere to be found in January, and could not be ordered either. Bummer! I ended up with a Topstone Sora instead. But the Jari looks like a well thought out gravel ride!

Fuji is back and will be just fine through this bump in the road with Performance bikes.

The only real question is if the new owners want to take the company in a different direction.

Fuji is out of bankruptcy and now completely separated from Performance Bike – which was the part of the company that forced the entire company into bankruptcy. Apparently Fuji was always profitable, so it wasn't the problem. I read an article somewhere that they held back on new model releases because of the bankruptcy and now that it's over they'll be playing catch-up. Performance Bike hurt them because they were selling Fujis too cheaply forcing down the value of Fuji's inventory. (Which is how I was able to get a good deal on my Jari 1.3). But as PB's inventory dries up the prices will go back up to where they "should be".

Fuji (ASI) is not "out of bankruptcy", the company was liquidated and assets were purchased by several bidders; the company no longer exists. ASI was struggling to maintain profitability for the past several years. Some of that due to their own decisions to overproduce annually with intent to gain share then fire-saleing lots of unsold inventory at the end of every season that devalued the brand and made it progressively harder to sell new bikes at target market prices. (Has anyone purchased a Fuji in the past 3 years that was NOT on sale?) ASI assets were purchased out of bankruptcy by several buyers. As yet I have seen no indication that any of the purchasers will honor any warranty claims on bikes made before the purchase of liquidated assets, or even a commitment that the Fuji name will continue to be in existence. Fuji did make some great bikes ( I have owned a few and the Jari is a good example) and at reasonable prices over the years, I do not discount that, but anyone buying current Fuji stock should be aware of the situation when considering purchase of a Fuji product.

According to the article JayNYC linked to above:
She said ASI will honor warranties on its bikes sold before and during the bankruptcy.
(The “she” refers to Karen Bliss, the new President of ASI)

Not a huge fan of ASI - They aren't without blame when it came to over selling inventory to Performance when they weren't paying their bills. And as a PBS employee, I think they could have done a lot more to improve the Performance problem after they acquired them.
But I wouldn't worry too much about their future or warranty. They were still honoring warranties in the middle of the bankruptcy, and that is now behind them. Performance is dead - ASI is not (I think they might even still be under the same name). Many of the 2019 bikes were already produced before this started (all Performance shops had to ship them back to their PA warehouse, where they've been sitting since).

I wouldn't worry about buying a Fuji, especially if you find a good deal. Warranty? It's a bike. What's gonna break? Frames are all made in China and Taiwan along with everyone else's. They're solid. Components are all Shimano, FSA, TRP, etc. Think people are blowing this out of proportion. High end carbon frame, sure, I get it. If I'm buying an expensive frame that's worth, $2500-$3500, yes, I want a warranty. But something like the Jari, I would't worry about it.
