Wearing the yellow jersey in prologue/stage 1.

When is the last time a rider (previous year’s winner) wore the yellow jersey in the opening stage of the TdF (prologue/stage 1)? It is allowed, per the rules, but I was just wondering about it, and read that actually wearing the yellow jersey in stage 1 is considered somewhat of a superstition. Is there a catalyst for that superstition, when/where/how it began?
