I'm the guy on the right. This is the only recent pic I have that isn't a selfie of just my head and shoulders - Bovine Classic gravel race (Atascadero, CA)
Jersey - Pactimo, Bibs - Le Col.
Regardless of whether I'm riding road, gravel, MTB, I'll be wearing bibs, a close-fitting jersey, and (probably) color-coordinated socks. That said, this jersey is probably the most relaxed fit of the ones that I most-commonly wear. Gloves will vary with ride type and temperature. Dirt rides over 2+ hours will usually get the hydro pack. I have a few jerseys of other colors, but the overwhelming majority in my closet are blue. Most of by bibs are black, but I also have grey, navy, and olive green.
EDIT: A roadie pic from a couple years ago (this has been posted before on BF).
Jersey, Vest, Bibs - Voler
Arm/knee warmers - Bontrager
Socks - Swiftwick

Im often wearing my long pants like this so they don’t get sucked into the gears. Get off and on the bike all the time so I often just leave it rolled up all day.
My go to is pants with one leg rolled up, shirt tied to bike, no shirt worn, helmet draped on bars.

As I eluded to in my jersey thread, I really don't buy/wear cycling specific gear. Except for gloves. I always wear gloves.
Fairly recent picture from Santa Barbara triathlon earlier this year.
Not particularly flattering pic, I know. Before the pain.

Rocking the Rapha jersey on the way to Brooklyn with some Freds. Caught mid-chew.
An older one. When I had bulging guads.

I don't care for this Crater Lake 1200 jersey but I worked hard enough, I'm wearing it.

I guess I like matching the kit to the bike.
Last year: Scudo Pro jersey and skull cap, Neo Pro bib shorts, gray Husky socks
Mid 90's: team jersey by Voler

Style, what's that?
On my best days I'm "covered." On my worst days I'm pulling a short jersey down over low shorts that are wearing out in the back.
Should that go into a "good things about winter" post? Tights and jackets cover a multitude of sins.

They are both fake, to make me look young. . It's the fashion these days.
edit: any smile or smirk is not fake, just a reflection of my cycling hobby.
clear your handlebars and your mind will follow.
....or in some cases, it only may follow.
