I don't think it was drewed, but ya gotta check in person
Does the stamp/engraving on the fork crown offer a clue? Noticed when looking at this pic, frame was painted with bottom headset cup in place.

Yeah that looked weird to me too. Looks like the cup is part of the frame. Did they ever make an integrated headset with integrated bearing cups?

Attention Serious Bike Collectors: Very Rare All Original TI Raleigh Team SBDU Bicycle Frame. The SBDU was the small unit set up by Raleigh in the UK to develop and build frames for the Continental TI Raleigh Team to race on. The frame size is 59.5 cm. The frames serial number dates to the early part of 1980 which is also the year that a TI Raleigh won the Tour de France using a frame just like this one. The frame has all original paint and transfers made from Reynolds 753 tubing which was essentially the best frame you could buy anywhere in 1980. The frame and information was verified by Neil McGowran of Denton Cycles in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom who is an expert on these particular frames. I have more photos and the emails from Neil . Price is 1200

That would say "Mazi" not "Masi". A Cyrillic " C" represents the Italian "S" sound. Like the C's on the top tube

What's the crap with the forum and Cyrillic?

That's crazy, I don't see a link in the post, until I quote it.

Edit: stranger still, all the spanish facebook warnings ( I had been seeing in this thread) went away after I made this post?

Nope, can't really make it out but this (fuzzy) stamp on the crown socket does not ring any bell at all. Which would tend to point toward some obscure brand which might be French.
The headlugs OTOH look to be more common Prugnat (maybe S4) OR maybe BCM Competition, long point lugs with "windows"

Stranger still... this seemed to pop up mid day yesterday (Thursday 21 Mar). Posts from earlier in the day don't have this new "feature" (bug?).... So confusing.

Hahaha. The people in that discussion don't even agree. Voiced/unvoiced pairs are often exchanged and/or confused. NBD AFAIC. Say it any way you care to - nobody can say that you are wrong
