Wahoo Bolt ride won't download
One of my prior rides is stuck in my Wahoo Bolt and won't download to the Elemnt app so I can transfer it to Strava. When I attach the Bolt to any of my 3 PC or Mac computers via USB, the computers cannot see the unit.
Any idea how to get this ride downloaded off the Bolt?

Thanks, but mine does the same, except for this one ride that won't upload. With Wi-Fi is there a way to setup the unit as a network device that can be mapped.

I had a round of support emails with Wahoo when my Elemnt stopped uploaded to Strava, but would upload to RideWithGPS just fine. There was a Wahoo software update that seemed to fix that problem - are you on the latest firmware? Can you upload it to something other than Strava or will it not upload at all?
As others have mentioned, you can change the Element setting to automatically upload when the Element is in range of WiFi. See if that works.
If the answer to all those questions is no, and you can't do a direct USB connection, sounds like hardware failure.

Check your cable. I had a similar problem with my old Garmin. it turned out it was a random USB cable laying around, and it only had the charging conductors.. not the data wires. now I keep a "good" USB cable plugged in to my hub.

I’m having a similar problem. I have to open the elemnt app to push my rides to Strava. Initially they were uploading automatically.

Where is there a setting to automatically upload when in range of Wi-Fi (as opposed to BT)?

Try shutting down BT on your phone
Rejoin WiFi on the Bolt
Start a new ride, go around the block and return home.
This will tell you if it is just that troubled ride, or all rides since.
Barry
BTW have you recently changed your Strava password?

I had that problem. The Bolt pairing to the phone comes & goes & if it doesn't, then I connect to the
computer with USB cable and use Android File Transfer to upload to Strava.
Lost the original cable and was stumped trying other ones, but bought one special & it has silver braid cable so it's easy to keep track of.
