Addiction LXXVII

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Wow. I am about to see my 4:45 patient (It's 4:42PM) while one of my partners is almost 3 hours behind and still with her 2PM patient. Sad.

Did you check “screaming deals” section of Warmoth? From time to time you can get really good prices on good necks. If they’re strats or teles of course, but still.

time for a fake ride

Completed another LAJ dual workout. Nowhere near the weight or the Watts, but I did put the coup de grâce on my legs.

We are supposed to have a rain-free window on Wednesday, I hope that happens so I can ride. Zwift is Plan B.

I'm too picky about specs, but there is an in stock option I have my eye on. Hence the hand wringing.

Learned my Amazon ordering lesson today. Ordered replacement bags for my Miele vacuum yesterday. Didn't pay enough attention to the description. Received them today. They are cheap, Chinese knockoffs. No wonder they were so inexpensive. Have to see if I can return them.

Of course, Mavic and Campy don't require any modification to go from 10 to 11.
